Comprehensive Onboarding: We provide all our clients with a thorough onboarding process, including detailed tutorials and guidance to help you understand the features and functionality of the Vantage X Auto Trading Robot. Our goal is to equip you with the necessary knowledge and confidence to make the most of your investment.

Ongoing Support and Assistance: Our dedicated support team is always available to address any questions, concerns, or technical issues you may encounter while using our Auto Trading Robot. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and efficiently to ensure your experience with our product is seamless and successful.

Performance Evaluation: We stand by the performance of our Vantage X Auto Trading Robot. If, after using the robot for 60 days, you are not satisfied with its performance, we will offer a complimentary one-on-one consultation with one of our trading experts. This consultation is designed to help you optimize the Auto Trading Robot’s settings and ensure you achieve the best possible results.

Please note that, due to the digital nature of our product and the inherent unpredictability of financial markets, we cannot and do not offer a refund once the Vantage X Auto Trading Robot has been activated on a live trading account. Instead, we focus on providing exceptional support and resources to help you succeed with our product.

By purchasing the Vantage X Auto Trading Robot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this value-added support policy. We appreciate your trust in our product and look forward to assisting you on your journey to trading success.

Cancellation Policy of Subscription Products:

Monthly Subscription of servers:

Thank you for your interest in VantageX Server, our monthly lease option:

1. By signing up for the VantageX Server Monthly lease option, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription. This means that you authorize us to make monthly payments to VantageX Server until your subscription is cancelled.
2. If you wish to cancel your subscription, it is your responsibility to do so. Failure to cancel your subscription will result in continued monthly payments until the subscription is cancelled.
3. We do not offer refunds for any payments made prior to cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the VantageX Server until the end of the current billing period. At that point, your access will be terminated and you will no longer be charged.
5. If you experience technical difficulties with the VantageX Server, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, we do not offer refunds for technical issues.
