VantageX (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the VantageX mobile application (“App”) on Android and iOS platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

a) Information You Provide

  • Account Details: When you register, we collect your name, email, and optional profile information.

  • Contacts Access (Optional): With your explicit consent, the App may access your phone’s contact list solely to let you invite friends or send referral links.

    • We never upload or permanently store your full contact list.

    • Only the contacts you choose for invitations are processed securely and temporarily.

b) Automatically Collected Information

  • Device type, OS version, app version, language, and usage logs.

  • Crash, performance, and analytics data (via Firebase Analytics or similar).

  • Non-personal identifiers for push notifications and security.

c) Optional User Content

If you submit feedback or support messages, that content is stored to resolve your request.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide core features and improve performance.

  • Enable friend/referral features using selected contacts.

  • Send service-related notifications (e.g., security alerts, trade updates).

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

3. How We Protect Your Data

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all network requests.

  • Firebase Authentication and Firestore rules restrict data access by user ID.

4. Your Choices and Rights

  • Withdraw contact-list access anytime in your device permissions.

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.

We respond to all verified privacy requests within legal time frames.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers (e.g., Google Firebase, Expo, Apple Push Notification Service).
These processors act under our instructions, use industry-standard security, and are bound by privacy agreements.
We do not authorize them to use your data for independent marketing.

6. Data Retention

We retain only what is necessary:

  • Account data: for as long as the account is active or required by law.

  • Contact data: deleted immediately after invitation/referral is sent.

  • Logs and analytics: kept in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

7. Children’s Privacy

VantageX is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EU).
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we become aware of such collection, we delete it promptly.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our partners operate.

Employees not adhering to our firm policies are subject to disciplinary action. We require outside companies and independent contractors to whom we provide customer information for marketing, servicing or processing to enter into a confidentiality agreement that restricts the use of the information to those purposes.
